External desulfurization
By using the right activated carbon, you protect your engine from harmful hydrogen sulphide and achieve optimum fine desulphurisation of up to 0 ppm in biogas. In addition, it is a simple and safe desulphurisation process that enables the additional effect of siloxane separation of up to 40% by weight.
TerraVis activated carbon is based on hard coal and is impregnated/iodised, which gives it a high affinity for hydrogen sulphide. It is less prone to self-ignition. About activated carbon (link further down the page)
